ABC IF YOU WIN - Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your participation in ABC If You Win by KRISTAL Media / KRISTALfm. By participating, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility:
- Participants must be at least 12 years old to take part in the 'ABC If You Win' challenge.
- Employees of Kristal Media Sdn Bhd (KRISTALfm), their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Participation:
- To participate, call the designated number (8989 907) during the scheduled game times on the KFM Breakfast Show. Calls may be recorded for verification purposes.
3. Gameplay:
- Participants will be given a letter, and all their answers must start with that letter. The goal is to answer 10 questions correctly in 45 seconds.
4. Prizes:
- The grand prize is a $100 cash voucher. If participants answer at least 5 questions correctly, they will win a voucher worth up to $50.
5. Passing Categories:
- Participants may pass any category they don't know, but they will forfeit the chance to win the $100 cash voucher.
6. Game Schedule:
- 'ABC If You Win' runs every Monday to Thursday (except during public holidays) at 7:45 AM starting from November 1st, 2023.
7. Prize Collection:
- Winners are required to collect their prizes, including cash vouchers and generic vouchers, in person at the KRISTALfm studio.
- Winners will need to bring a valid Identity Card for verification during prize collection.
- Winners can have someone collect their prize on their behalf, as long as an authorization letter and a copy of the winner’s Identity Card is provided upon collection.

8. Multiple Entries:
- Participants are allowed to play 'ABC If You Win' multiple times, as long as they meet the eligibility criteria and game rules.

10. Organizers:
- 'ABC If You Win' is organized by KRISTALfm and its affiliated partners. The organizers reserve the right to amend the rules, game schedule, and other aspects of the challenge without prior notice.
11. Disqualification:
- Participants who fail to follow the rules, provide false information, or engage in unfair practices may be disqualified from the game.
12. Photo and Video Release:
